Founder and Chair, Interdisciplinary Network on Development and Learning and Profectum joint Resilience through Relationships pay-it-forward project. Providing support, free when necessary, to caregivers in regions impacted by armed conflict to help families raise children to be more resilient and able to build peace. Current regions of focus: Northern Ireland, The Balkans (Serbia and Kosovo), Middle East, Columbia, Ukraine, Georgia.

Programmatic Lead, Executive Committee, International Network for Peace Building. The Early Years: The Organisation for Young Children. Belfast, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland. Supporting early childhood intervention in conflict zones worldwide to build resilience, with focus on Northern Ireland and the Middle East Nations (MENA) Regions.

Forensic assessment and testimony, largely related to neurodevelopmental conditions and trauma related conditions for family court, criminal court, disability, educational planning and related proceedings. Cases include a class action suit with the East Los Angeles Regional Center securing access to evidence-based care for persons with autism and related developmental challenges, one of the first Laura’s Law cases in California, one of the first Mental Health Diversion cases in California, apparently the first long term Electroconvulsive Therapy case in San Diego County for life threatening medical illness, and an attempted murder defense for a person with developmental challenges.
